Many cities in Germany, especially in Düsseldorf and the nearby Cities Hilden, Langenfeld, Erkrath, Meerbusch and Neuss has an issue regarding the availability of living spaces. Prices are high and market situation is more on the real estate agents’ side. Because of this, there are some fairly new regulations for real estate agents. Real estate agents who violate the law are not entitled to acquire its commission (Maklerprovision).
